How To Qualify To Be One Of Our Residents

1. Take a home tour of your proposed leased property.

2. Submit a completed application including a copy of your photo ID, proof of income for each proposed tenant over the age of 18, and an application fee of $65 made payable to AKS Realty Group.

3. Upon approval, one of the tenants representing the group (if more than one) will provide the security deposit and the first month’s rent. If the occupancy is less than the entire month’s rent (based on the move-in date), the rent for the second month will be pro-rated. Your leasing agent will be able to provide specific details.

4. You must provide a copy of your renter’s insurance upon signing your lease.

5. If a rental guarantor is approved, they must also fill out a rental application.
