Srianil works with buyers, sellers and rental property owners in English, Telugu and Hindi. He helps buyers and sellers anywhere in Alabama, with a focus on Hoover and Greater Birmingham, and AKS Realty Group currently manages rental homes across Greater Birmingham.

My story

I've called Birmingham home for more than 20 years, and I've watched it grow into one of the most exciting real estate markets in Alabama. I'm originally from India, and I speak English, Telugu and Hindi, so I can walk you through the process in the language you're most comfortable with.

Before real estate, I built a career as a software engineer and earned a master's degree in Computer Science. That background still shapes how I work: I'm analytical, I plan carefully, and I use real data so you can make confident decisions.

Why I started AKS Realty Group

My real estate journey began as an investor. Buying, fixing and renting out my own properties taught me what owners and buyers actually need from an agent and a property manager. That led me to become a Realtor and broker and to start AKS Realty Group, where we help clients buy, sell and manage homes with integrity and a personal touch.

How I work with you

• Buyers and sellers: I meet every buyer in person for a free consultation, and I send sellers a written price range within 12 to 24 hours, then meet with them in person to go over it. From the first conversation to closing, you get quick communication, honest guidance and strong negotiation.
• Investors: As an investor myself, I help you assess a property's rent potential, repair needs and likely expenses during your due diligence period. The final decision is always yours.
• Rental owners: AKS Realty Group manages your rental the way an owner would, with no markup on repairs and long-term fixes over quick patches.
• Realtors and brokers: We manage your investor clients' rentals and send them back to you when they're ready to buy or sell.

I serve Hoover and Greater Birmingham, including Pelham, Alabaster, Vestavia Hills, Helena, Chelsea, Trussville and the rest of Jefferson and Shelby County, and I help buyers and sellers across Alabama.
