Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site (for example, a contact form, free rental analysis, free home valuation, buyer consultation or Realtor referral), we collect what you enter, which can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• A property address and area, and details about the property (such as beds, baths and square footage)
• Your timeline, plans and any message you write to us
• For Realtor and broker referrals, your name and brokerage and your client's contact details

We also record which page the form was sent from and when. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time) to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent spam and abuse. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to say so.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell us by phone or email that you no longer want to hear from us. We may still contact you about an active transaction or lease when needed.

Third-party services and links

Some parts of our site are provided by other companies that have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they collect or use information, so please review their policies:

• Home search. The MLS home search on our search page and the listing widgets on our site are provided by IDX Broker. Information you enter there, or any account you create there, is handled by IDX Broker under its own policy.
• Tenant portal. Rent payments, maintenance requests and resident accounts are handled through the Rentec Direct tenant portal, a third-party service with its own privacy policy and terms.
• Other websites. Our site links to other websites, such as social media pages and government resources. This policy does not apply to those sites.

How we protect your information

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to people and service providers who need it to help you. No website or method of storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank account numbers through our website forms.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices
